Condition Report: Great condition. Fabric pulls and frays overall given the nature of the lace. Minor dust rim at the hem of the gown. Hook & eye will require a replacment. Overall, these minor imperfections do not detract from the appearance of the garment, but the gown will require spot cleaning and repairs to restore to a near perfect condition.
