Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee: All appointments for the Kim Kassas x Christie Nicole Trunk Show require a non-refundable $120.00 booking fee, which is redeemable against a Twelve South gown purchase made within six months of the appointment date. Payment will be requested via credit card or PayPal at the time of booking. Cancellations and Appointment Changes: A minimum of 72 hours' notice via phone or email is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note that cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of your scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. No Children Policy: We kindly request that children not attend the trunk show appointments. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Damages: In the unfortunate event that sample gowns or furnishings are damaged during an appointment, the client will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
