    Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.95 and will take 5-10 business days to arrive. Please note, this may be subject to change.

    Live locally? Order collection is available within business hours from 3 Village Walk Yarragon, VIC, 3823. Simply select the store pickup option at the checkout.

    Please note that during sales periods or holidays (ie. Christmas or Easter) there may be delays in order processing and shipping time.

    Twelve South Bridal will replace any faulty items within 14 days of purchase. Returns for any faulty items will not be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date. 

    Requests for a product exchange are subject to product availability, and will only be permissible in the case that the item is found unworn & in the original packaging. In the case of a product exchange for change of mind, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Product exchanges are available in-store.
