Bridal Footwear - Our Top Picks

Updated: Feb 11, 2020

It's no secret...we're shoe obsessed. And surprisingly, one of the most common questions our brides ask us is, 'what shoes should I wear!?'. So to help our girls out, we've created our brides guide to the perfect kicks.

We believe that your bridal footwear should be comfortable, functional, affordable, & fabulous. Ultimately every bride is searching for something that will look good, feel great all day, and that won't break the bank.

Whilst they're hiding beneath your dress, you'd be surprised how many photos your shoes will sneak into on your wedding day! From flat-lays, to holding your dress while you walk, never underestimate the importance of a gorgeous pair of shoes!

We recommend budgeting between $60-$500 for your bridal shoes.

If you're not too fussed about your feet, we suggest allowing $60-$150.

If you're anything like us (a shoe-aholic), then we recommend allowing $150-$300 +.

We've searched long and hard to bring you our 'Top Picks' for bridal footwear, in loads of popular colours & styles; so that whether you're a colour pop bride, a classic bride, or a bohemian bride - there's something for you.

Timeless, iconic, classy - if this is you, we recommend sticking to ivory, white, nude or silver. Pointy-toe pumps are always a gorgeous option - and if you're wanting a little more comfort, we suggest an ankle strap. To keep it sleek - opt for a simpler design; or for a more 'bridal' look, don't shy away from sparkly embellishments!

Fun, unique, statement , bright - you're kinda gal? Then the skies the limit! We suggest strappy sandals with a block heel, they're super versatile, ultra-comfy, and available in loads of incredible colours. Don't be afraid to experiment with textures & metallics - like velvet, suede, silk, snake skin, or organza. Our favourite statement heels from this season include Loeffler Randall's 'Camellia' sandals, & Mimco's Valhalla sandals.

Lacey, neutral, boho, relaxed - Sound like you're style? Then you need the a pair of tan heels with feature straps. And the best part? You can always wear them again! If you're going for lace detailing on the dress, we suggest going simple for the feet. Try tan suede or leather, wooden block heels, and feature buckles.

We love chatting all things styling, & hearing all you're plans for your big day! If you need help with accessorising your look, we'd be more than happy to help with any of your styling woes! Don't hesitate to visit the boutique, send us an email, or just call to chat.
